Equity Access Goal:
By 2012, 80% of all identified special education students will be at or above grade level in Reading as measured by the Student Achievement index.

Climate/Culture Goal:
Hopkins will achieve an 90% implementation of Positive Behavior Support by the end of the 2009-2010 school year as measured by the PBS school wide evaluation tool.
